5-Star Sales Experience, and continued service! Drew Ellis is a fantastic sales representative to work with and buy from. In late March 2024, I had my mind made up on purchasing the Gator TX 4x2. Drew was quick to respond and let me know SunSouth had one in stock that I could purchase. I was relieved to hear from Drew so soon as this was right around time of Baltimore Bridge Collapse and I had read that the Baltimore Port is ag equipment hub - I was concerned this event might impact my ability to buy (and/or price to purchase) a Gator, fortunately it did not! Drew was easy to communicate with and did not try to upsell me on something I didn't need or want. Drew is thoughtful and considerate, he provided a nice post-purchase care package which made a big purchase much more pleasant - my favorite item is the John Deere gator hat! Why did I buy a Gator? My 3-acre lawn was out of control with weeds and I (somewhat impulsively) decided I needed something to drag a broadcast spreader and/or hold a boom sprayer. While the weeds ended up correcting themselves as summer came along, and I have yet to use the Gator for its original purchase intent (I'm sure I will at some point), it has been

Was a month process in getting the mower of my dreams but Matt was fantastic in every step. The mower I wanted was not in stock but they got it for me and held on to it till I could come to test drive it and we felt it was a perfect match. Great in every step and even stayed over to meet us later in the day which we greatly appreciated. Great company awesome team.
